At this moment, I do not share your optimism. I accept this the work of one person but it comes from a toxic environment that has not come from no where.

Just read that there is a growing momentum for Greece to veto all UK/EU trade deals that does not include a provision for returning the Parthenon marbles.

If a person's idea of a joke is to put that sign up in the block of flats where they live, for their non-UK native neighbours to see, I submit that they'd have to be pretty racist and close minded to begin with.

That's not a joke though. It's a oblique threat to anyone that doesn't speak the Queen's English.

Which is a joke in so much as the rife grammatical errors in that racist diatribe mean that the author is unable to complete the task they're setting out themselves.

This is what happens when people who express those views have been affirmed by the media and politicians that they're actually holding a legit, political (possibly even considered?) opinion instead of being slapped down and told that they're contemptible cunts.

I expect a lot more of this, it's really ugly.
