I have an Asgard and although I remember it was quite costly, am very pleased that we paid to have it installed. Asgard do insist on a well levelled concrete base.

I expect so, but worth sending them the photo to confirm. I believe an even floor is required to ensure tight tolerance bolt holes aligned, door mechanisms etc. Our base was OK, not fantastic but had no problems.
