As much as I’m against Big Brother per se, I’m all for a club or bar having ID and facial recognition of anyone and everyone who might ruin my night.
I understand that on a local level but what is the difference between a bar having face recognition and nationwide Police face recognition?
It is, to be fair, the thin edge of the wedge.
I found that a bar insisting on scanning your ID before you go in is a useful way to identify the bars that you don't want to go to.
