On the sports watch chat. Here is my Q&Q which I just replaced the battery on.
My OH bought it for my birthday when we were traveling.
Originally she'd spent ages chosing a cool Casio sports watch with tide function and multiple time zones. Unfortunately it was stolen from my parents hotel in Peru when they were visiting us before she could gift it.
I still needed a watch as I was wearing the broken strapped waveceptor on my jeans beltloop, and we spotted a shop in Santiago. This was cheap, had a 2nd time zone and lap timer. Plus a nice big display.
Nothing special, but I like it. Some later research showed that its Citizen's economy brand for developing countries. Still feel sorry for her though for the watch that went awol and the effort that went into it.
