Have a good lead on a deep purple CAAD12 105 (rim). It's a 54cm frame, and I'm not sure it'll fit me – I'm 181cm tall with 82cm inseam. Will that result in too little reach and a crazy bend? Thanks all!

I'm 174cm, 31" inseam (approx 80cm) and had a 54cm CAAD7 and CAAD10. 110cm stems on both and the right amount of seat post for the frame style

I'm 180cm and ride a 54cm S6, which has similar geometry. Works for me, but you might need a longer stem to avoid feeling a bit cramped. If you're unsure, try before you buy.

I'm basically those sizes and ride a 54cm CAAD. Need to be flexible mind, but as @Howard says a good fit with a 120cm Stem.

Moved everything slightly down from that image - so lower seatpost and slammed stem. However this is also with 165mm cranks so that might effect things a bit
