That's what I got. I find the buttons difficult to use. And the bigger G-Shocks are too bulky.
I am opposed to buying a forerunner just for timer, but perhaps that's what I desire.

My Waveceptor was similar design.
Current looks more like the pro-trek above. IME the big knurled style pushers are the best in a sport context, so I'd look for models with those, but ideally normalish straps that can be replaced when the sweat destroys them. The problem with a lot of G-shocks TMI on display and hands instead of a full digi display.

Vibrating ones exist but aren't super common.
Gd350 I think has vibration alerts.
Seen reverse screen ones (dark display) might be positive display ones out there, or it is doable yo'self with polarisation film.
