Too bad the USA House has already said that anything that endangers the GFA (and that will definitely piss people off) means no trade deal gets passed.
Now what the EU/USA can do is sanctions while NI/ROI have to deal with increased smuggling (which is now suddenly interesting again) and Boris may not give a fuck about that either.
But sure...they already indicated NI should just do the rightful thing and move out, even though it will effectively become homeless if ROI also can't take it in.
