As title,

172.5mm length, 30mm 3d+ axle - fits everything apart from bb90.
110bcd spider.
Includes bb30 spacers (not pictured)

Not sure - its 110bcd so if you can find a track chainring in that size then no problem. Or you can replace the spider with a 144bcd one I think.
