Ritchey evomax has 31,8mm tops that are slightly flattened - very comfortable. Also has some moderate flare. The Comp version is pretty cheap too.

I went for the ergomax in the end, looking forward to giving them a spin.
(Please ignore weird bar wrapping direction, I always seem to mess it up)

Bar wrap direction is personal preference. Depending on which way you twist when you climb it can be right or wrong for you.
