Just wanted people to know of my fundraising for the amazing charity CALM - Campaign Against Living Miserably.
This charity works to prevent suicides amongst men in the UK, I’ve lost two friends to suicide and it’s the biggest killer of men under 45 years old.
I'm riding my commute everyday through winter in just my shorts. Marylebone to Fenchurch Street - 10 miles a day, morning and evening.
Please donate, but if you don't have the money then please just spread the word.
