  • Nice. What handlebars are these?

  • Cheers! @getoutofbed they are actually just a beater set of (aluminium I think) drops I got attached to a second hand stem I picked up at my local shop. Used them on my commuter for years and liked the narrow width so kept hold and stuck em on this!

  • Missed my old neo retro Concorde Gavina .It's been 2 years .been looking for the right frame .

  • Nice

  • I'm currently building a '77 Gazelle I picked up at "Stalen Ros" a fair which is held every year in Ghent, Belgium.

I'm inspired by the pink 'n purple Koga Miyata I found in this thread, and I will paint mine in the exact same colour scheme.

Components are 100% new! I will be using SRAM APEX/Rival 1X11 mechanical. Carbon 50mm hoops, Carbon (chinese) seatpost, Fizik Carbon saddle, Schwalbe One 30mm tires…

I've built it up tot test the frame and to test compatibility. All worked well. Headset and stem will be replaced by black components, and stem will be a little shorter than the 130mm thats on there now. In the photo's I already sanded a big part of the seattube

126mm chainstays had to be opened up to 190mm in order to stay put at 130mm :D Thank god for 531 tubing :D

  • Brought this Batavus Professional frameset from a member on here last year, hoping to get time this year to build it up with some modern campag goodies and some carbon hoops.

  • This seems as good a place as the wanted ads to ask, I’m after some shallow profile light carbon clinchers suitable for 10spd Campagnolo. Anyone got anything suitable up for sales?

  • Contemplating rigging up this Alan with Di2... 🤷‍♂️

  • Go for it.i think you must be the 1st to do that.

  • Wasn't there an Eddy Merckx Corsa with Di2 on here a while ago?

Have thought about doing it with my "neo-retro" Vitus 979, but taped cables on the outside of the frame put me off. The fork on that Alan could be drilled the get things internal, but don't think the battery would fit in the seatpost?

  • You could maybe cable it into the hole of where the barrel adjuster is? And then route it back out of where the BB cable guides are
