Just accepted an offer today - we had a few bids over asking, so went with the one we felt was best for us. Didn't quite manage £40k over asking but I'm happy with the number. Just need to find somewhere to move to now!

Any nibbles @Tenderloin? I happened to walk past your place on Saturday and there were lots of people loitering around outside waiting to go in. Most of whom appeared to be pregnant hackney migrants.
