I really wanted to buy a 1016 from one of a few specific years, and thought I would as a wedding present. Unfortunately though when the time came they'd just jumped so much that I couldn't justify the price. Tbh nor would I have felt comfortable wearing something that old and expensive as much as I would want to - which is part of the appeal of a fake. You can just wear it and ngaf.
