Works for me - did you ban yourself from the tub thread?

I’ve got tubeless ready rims and I’ve got a pair of g one all round race guard (not tubeless ready but they fit on super tight) , what are the chances these will set up as tubeless just fine?
-
• #3405
Has worked for me perfectly, and it sounds like the rim combination is ok

Cheers.

Has anyone seen brass valves come with this sort of curved washer for v section rims like Schwalbe or American Classic does?
-

Giant put these on their OEM wheels, so a Giant shop is likely to have a few kicking about. They make MTB and road ones for different profiles.
I've got them on two pairs of DT Swiss and Hope rims and they work great. -

That look similar to muc off

I'll check at the LBS, thanks.

Has anyone tried bontrager R3 hardcase tubeless tyres in 32 gumwall flavour? Are they better than gravel king tlr? I’m looking for road with a bit of gravel commuter deluxe vibes - so supple comfortable but fast and self sealing tubeless.

Where can I get a little squeezy bottle for my repair kit? I want to fill it with say 60ml-100ml? of caffelatex and carry with me. Needs to have a nozzle that will squirt into valves obvs.

Stan's NoTubes sell one. Pre-filled with their sealant obviously.

Schwalbe include an empty one with big bottles of sealant, and also sell full ones separately.

Planet X oko sealant comes in small

Yeah, so does every other sealant maker. I have 1L of caffelatex though so I don't want to buy more sealant, especially not different sealant.

Yeah, nice. I only have an eye dropper here that would work (badly) but something with a decent lid and small nozzle... maybe carry two 60ml doses at a time.

I use a chopped bearing bottle that just fits over the valve. Works better than the siringe and many other proper applicators.

Fucking hell

I've got a syringe for home use. Looking for "foolproof" setup for Badlands. ~600k off-road.

Looking for "foolproof"
Presumably as an achievable second-best to hippy-proof

Indeed :)

Gonna be rolling on the same idea. If you can go into any Giant store. Their bikes come with 60ml bottles designed to go into valves. Come with caps too. Work perfectly. Giant stores should have loads of empties.
With IRC tyres because they are generally smaller for ther size than others apply enough tape so the tyre for is tight. Then with soapy water they inflate easily.
Bigger tyres tend to I flare without needing to be as tight a fit. IRC tokens can inflate while being an easy hand fit.
