  • I took it up ~3 years ago, have got moderately alright at it. Am trying to learn some of the more complex things now.

    I used a nice super bulky yarn to make a blanket and then backed it with sherpa fleece, and it's been very useful over the winter. It took me two years to finish it (I didn't work continuously) and my gauge changed over time so the top end is about 6 inches smaller than the bottom end.

    Your scarf looks great! Are those Symphony circulars interchangeable?

    Thanks! The needles in the photo are KnitPro interchangeables. They are really nice with wooden tips, but faithful to the n+1 rule I've ordered a set of Chiaogoo Twist Red Lace interchangeables, phwooar.
