For sale is a beautifully built track bike by the famous frame builder Cliff Shrubb whilst at Geoffrey Butler in the mid to late 70s using Reynolds 531, Campagnolo drop outs and now has a modern Tange headset fitted.

    Bad bits:

    • it's been powder coated (in a dark grey, which looks great but there are a few blemishes under closer inspection)
    • it's got a small crack by the seat stay from over tightening - this hasn't traveled in 2 years or so and has been fine with a nice long seatpost - leave as is or an easy fix

    Good bits:

    • it's a very rare frame, made rarer as it measures 63 x 57 ctc
    • it's tighter than a gnat's what's names
    • straight as anything
    • it's GINORMOUS and would suit someone who is 6'3 plus (I'm 6'7")
    • it's a lovely ride and I've done many many miles both around London and longer rides out

Looking to sell with the SR Royal crankset with original 48t chainring attached, this is fitted to a nice Miche adjustable bottom bracket - lots of life left in both bb and ring.

Give me £300 (was £400) and its yours
