You helped me in the dynamo lights thread, so hopefully I can help you here.
Humpert (aka Ergotec) do an excellent range of swept back bars at all kinds of angles and risers. I went through a few to find the right ones, but they're cheap and well made.

They go by a myriad of names, I search them out mostly by shape: I look for about a 50mm rise, 550 width and a sweep in the 45º range. Always steel, sometimes cromo, always shiny... I've tried so many Nitto and other bars but always go back to these, though starting a few years back when people here were laughing (a little) less at my choice for upright bars there was (and is) the criticism that they're too narrow. Not my experience, though I do have narrow shoulders.
