Proper selvedge jeans

Take them back to an APC store and you can get a new pair for half price as part of the butler program.

My first pair of selvedge jeans were APC... shame they didn't know anything about fit or sizing in their London shop... they look great with some nice fades... glws

No, but talked to them about it last time I was in store. They also buy back old clothes to recycle and pass to charity shops

New jeans day today. Went out to buy one pair, came home with two:

Momotaro are so comfortable right from the start.

Hiut will take a bit more work. Can't see them getting a look in for a little while.

The Hiut's do break in fine. Mine have ended worn to work daily

I'm breaking in some Hiuts at the moment. They are OK after a month, until I try and run up some stairs.

Don't spin dry your denim

21 Oz denim is a bit much.

Aways roll your jeans displaying the edge so others know how much they cost.

Sort of like the way you leave the brand lable on the sleeve of a new suit jacket.

How hard wearing are they?

They're solid. I have 3 pairs in rotation.
It's kaihara denim, I think, colour is good. Fit is nice.

Wash em on cold, don't spin them. They've done me well.
