And a squad of Herne hill harriers youth team.

Might have been some mini marathon trials for the hhh youth team?

Sounds like some good parkrunning this morning.

I did the Box Hill fell race, which was much harder than I was prepared for and then I fell over twice in the last 800m. It is probably time to replace my five year old inov8s.
