The large interlocking foam tiles are excellent, careful on the quality as some are a little soft.

Just something waterproof for the sweat I guess. You don't need a specific kind of floor, just put the foam workout tiles under the turbo

Hi there, first time posting so bear with. My husband and I are wanting to build a pain cave in our garage- we've had a massive clear out and want to set up the turbo trainer permanently in there. The old flooring is water damaged from an old leak which we're now wanting to replace. Has anyone got any idea what to put down in the garage that'd be best for our turbo trainer? Seen this one which is vinyl and just wondered if anyone had used it?
Any help would be very much appreciated, don't want to spend a small fortune on flooring if it's rubbish!
