    Are you asking for aero, light, tight frame with mudguard mounts? I guess you are looking for a top training frame.

    It's like asking for bigger trunk in a race car.

  • eh i don't think so. depends on where you live though. it is just so consistently damp here that i wish i could have a warp speed bike just with the one caveat of mudguards. like i'd kill for a tarmac disc with hidden mounts. i think you'd be more right with the older race bikes with tight clearances. but the ultimate, tarmac, even aeroad, foil, etc. all fit 30+mm tires now, so you could clear a 28 or 25 i figure with a guard in there w/o having to increase frame clearance.

  • Bike companies are businesses, their aim is to make money. The best way to do this is to convince you that you need to buy several bikes for different purposes.
