All Compacts had replaceable rear ends, probably quite difficult to find now though!
I would buy that Cinquantenario instantly if it were the right size and take the risk of persuading the seatpost out. I lusted over those in the 90s. The main decals would be quite easy to replace if you had to respray, the 'Cinquantenario' ones less so, but doable.
The GIOS sliding dropouts show up on EBay now and then, and GIOS sell them on their website.
Cinquantenario decals are on EBay too.
No proper Brooklyn-era decals though.
They have an XCR model now, with lots of nice detailing.
