I'd say your assessment is bang on point. To be completely honest, I had a hard time pricing this one, out of sheer want to deter people buying it as I want to keep it. Alas, I really have no need for it and need to move the set on.
There is wear on the rings, and as you've said, they are difficult to source new.
I'm gonna stick to my pricing, as I feel it's not a common group set and individually, the set goes for way higher. It might not be to everyone's taste, so if anyone wants to haggle, I'm more than willing to keep an ear open.

What size are the rings on the XTR cranks please? Also...would it be fair to say the big ring is shagged?
Ah yes 44/32/22T almost certainly. But that big ring is mighty costly to replace...I see £35 for XT, notsobad.
