It is. Someone at work put one on his bike, they weigh what feels like 20kg.

Jesus. We have something very similar on one of the enormous trikes we use for work. It can get a trike that you can barely pedal without it up almost any hill in Leeds, can't imagine the carnage it's capable of on a BMX, ha ha.
