I don't understand how they could have built that from pre-made parts (what he said in the video posted previously). The seat tube/head angle combo would never occur on a normal bike
The factory custom made the geometry asked for based on their "standard" bikes. My guess is they took tubes from different size frames for the custom build

Telescopic forks are surely the limiting factor for head angles. A part that slides up and down isn't going to respond well to fore/aft forces. Bring on the linkage forks and we can see the 45° head angle we all desire.
