Aye was possibly lured in for the sake of 'gram likes. I am currently running them with tubes, I will possibly swap them for something a bit more bulletproof.
The initial plan was for the bike to operate as a winter bike for [slightly] faster riding outside of the commute, but the finished build is so heavy that's not going to happen much (plus I hardly ride in winter as it is these days) - so probably no harm in going for a hefty 'commuter' type tyre - any recommendations on here? Something like Schwalbe Marathon
Few rides, about 150km on GravelKing slicks (38mm) - two punctures on the front already. I am hoping its a case of the second one being caused by me not checking the tyre properly the first time around. If not, these aren't going to last too long for the commuter!
