A few bangers recently, courtesy of Mrs Landslide:
Left-Handed Giant - Double Dot Matrix. Black cherry and cocoa stout, 8.3%. Tasted slightly tart on first sip, but soon became a delicious wave of sweet goodness. Think Black Forest Gateaux, but not ultimately crumbly and disappointing.
Basqueland - Beste Bat. Hazy IPA with no dodgy connections to Piti. Nice and juicy.
Northern Monk - Wants and Needs DDH pale ale. Patrons Project collaboration with Barrier Brewing Co. Slightly dry.
I've also got a bottle of Rasputin awaiting a suitable occasion, barrel aged in Bowmore casks...
