    Bloody hell.

    My new boss drinks instant, I thought he was some kind of crazy outlier. I literally don't know anyone else who drinks it.

  • Unsurprising. Everyone and their mother has a filter coffee machine in the US.

    My in laws drink it. Before bed. With no impact on sleep. Which I guess shows how not-like-real-coffee instant coffee is!

    I used to think my coffee intake had no impact on sleep... and then I stopped having caffeine after lunchtime. Noticeable difference.
