Super unlikely it will show up on this forum, given the type of bike and the location, but we're posting it as many places as possible just incase:
2018 Specialized Turbo Levo FSR E-bike.
Stem spacers have been changed from gold to black, stem changed from nukeproof to Specialized and the mud guards have been removed, other than that it is as pictured.
Reported to the police. Serial number unique to the motor has been added to the police report.
