where are you getting the file from???
I have requested the map for India
It is here http://osm.pleiades.uni-wuppertal.de/garmin/generic/06-01-2020/3bed98c5eb9d8a403d6d303d836f41b5/
download the file osm_generic_gmapsupp.zip
unzip it and you should get a gmappsup.img file
