I’m looking at a set of second hand Hagon shocks. They are listed as fitting for a 1995 Honda CB500 (lowering it).
I want to fit them to my Guzzi V50 III. They are the correct length. I can get the correct bushings to mount. Is there anything else to consider/worry about?
The model is 31023SA. Hagon specifies 31015SA for V50...

Spring rate will be different, depending how old/used they are they may benefit from new springs anyway though.

They are almost as new, but cheap.
The honda is similar weight, power, and intended use as my guzzi so I’ll give it a go.
If they don’t feel right I can get new springs and have paid around 100gbp in total for a practically new set I reckon.
