The story was posted on the Monday Malarkey instagram page and the actual artist that did it was replying to questions, I can't find the post now because it was a good while ago.
I guess it's the difference between inner-city, UK artists at decent shops and those near a mall somewhere in middle USA who's main clients are walk ins wanting stars and names.

I'm not buying that story in the slightest.
No tattoo artist is going to tattoo someone that had shit on their arse.
The artists I've been tattooed by grumble when you look at your phone, pissing in the parking lot, getting your dick out unnecessarily, weird bathroom habits and shitting on their bed would 100% not fly.
