hmm... They sell them in size increments. I chose a bracket that meant I erred on the side of slightly larger which I think was the right move. The material is kind of stiff so there is little chance of it bunching up.
I use them for fixed gear riding with trainers on flat pedals with toe straps. No way I could comfortably fit them into my road shoes though.

I'm looking at getting some Sealskinz socks - how do they size? Obviously I don't want them too tight, but I imagine it's as much of an issue if they fill the shoe too much and bunch up?
