There is a lot of subjectivity involved in those two ambiguous things, if you think burls ticks off those two boxes, go with them, forget everything else #NoFOMO

I have no idea as Ive never had experience of any of these builders. Didnt you have a ti frame built? Unless anyone has had bad expereinces with Burls I will probably push for him to be chosen. Where is justin based?

Suffolk I think.

I think you are being sensible by the way, having a UK based contact makes a lot of sense. I’ve not used Burls myself, but know plenty of people who have and am unaware of any issues, either with manufacture or customer experience.
