That would annoy the hell out of me. Produce PowerPoint templates with the right branding, and brand usage guidelines, then trust people to use them correctly.

Where I worked and lots of people were producing PPP's there were two trains of thought. Marketing wanted dull, consistent, and to the point and Personnel wanted flashy and boppy so the staff didn't nod off.
