@Detritus That's a great offer. Would love a Sinn but it's slightly too techy looking for my taste.
Not that interested in micro brands either. Otherwise i'd settle for a Christopher Ward Trident or Baltic Aquascaphe. Will save up for a bit longer and extend my budget. Thanks anyways!

Doxa look nice , such nice watches at that pricepoint , and below .
I have a couple of lovely watches from Squale which have that retro case shape and classic dial .. well under a grand too

So dam haute

I had a look at Squale as well. Ticks many of my boxes. Strong contender.
The Mido Ocean Star Tribute is quite interesting too. I do enjoy some vintage looks
but not full on homage with faux patina.
