+1 Our house is directly opposite the entrance to a School. My Mrs is forever asking people to turn their engines off at Pick up time.

also people who sit in their cars with the engine running with no immediate intention of moving or signalling any kind of intention of where they want to go in a position where pedestrians have to pass in front of or behind the car.
Am I supposed to just stand like a lemon waiting for you to get your life together or put myself in a position where you can literally run me over with a slight change in the position of your feet.
