Looking for a new pair of running shoes to kick off a year of more running - my last pair of Asics Cumulus are well-used and well-beyond their best. I've suffered with shin splints previously and supinate somewhat.
Aiming to run 5k-HM distances.
Obviously I know google is my friend and there is nothing like trying a pair on but wondered if anyone has any recommendations?
