Ardbeg ten is £35 in Sainsbury's.
First time I've really tried scotch. First sip blew my head off, but now I love it. It's like drinking magic pond water.

Brought a bottle of the Cotswolds single malt over to Austria for my girlfriends family and we cracked it open last night. Really fab stuff, unbelievably good for 3 years old.

I have no idea why I have never bought a bottle of Spingbank. Your post has reminded me to do just that.

Just had a whisky tasting in Aberdeen for my birthday. I drink mainly Longrow but this is just another level better for me. I like the slight saltiness.

To make my springbank inexperience even worse, I stayed near Campbeltown for two weeks on a whisky tasting trip and somehow didn't get to visit the distillery. No idea what came over me.

Can be a bit bonkers depending on the batch but always interesting. Normally a bit more sherried.

If you ever make it near Glasgow I can highly recommend the Auchentoshan tour - it is a cracking and they have the best tasting room experience you will likely come across. Bonus: it's a sister distillery to Bowmore and Glen Garioch so you can get a proper comparison of the regional styles.

Well at least theres hibiki harmony.
I was just talking about hibiki with my mate this weekend. He'd left it in his drawer at work, this is bonkers to me (booze at work?). Anyway. He came back one week to find some fucker had rinsed it and its now unaffordable.
