Nice one. Hard to tell from pic, if that's Couch Grass it'll need digging out not just covering or digging over, still not a huge challenge though. Enjoy!

@rhb - Yes, couch grass was mentioned along with good old bindweed.
@Jingle_Jangle - I'm wondering if we're allotment neighbours? This is Eltham Palace Road, not too far from us in Blackheath and could be even closer if/when we move since Lee/Hither Green is on the radar.

Just 7 months on the waiting list and we've been offered a plot! There's a shed and a greenhouse, water on site, and it's not too far from home. This shouldn't take too long to clear should it?
