Exactly, and rarely sell them, unless you're at a Halfords.

It's a little on the snobbery side to claim they're idiot for not knowing what Swarfega is.

I Disagree. After visiting Evans, I went to Robert Dyas, a very general DIY sore, and the shop assistant there knew immediately what I was talking about. It's an entry level thing.

Still a bit snobbery when you’re calling them out for not having the green hand wash.

Instead, maybe call out the actual company out who keep fucking their staff over.
