what @coventry_eagle said. Most don't. Shop floor staff rarely touch grease. Let alone your regular joe.
We're on a bike forum discussing cleaning greasy hands, obviously we're gonna know.

It's a little on the snobbery side to claim they're idiot for not knowing what Swarfega is.
