Help me value this Colnago Frame

HI guys, i was wondering if anyone could please help me value this frame or point me in the right direction to work out what its worth!
I'm not planning to sell but build it up, but i want to know what i'm working with!!

I have got a colnago chromed fork for it if interested, just in case.

£250-300

-No fork
-From a non-collectible late 80's era (post Super/Pre Master)
-Bold colours (unless their genuinely arty/attractive) go for more

+Popular size (Looks 56-58?)
+Good condition
+Panto'd seat stays
+Everything's where it should be (2 cable runs on the top tube, clubs on the lugs etc)

This is not selling at £365 so I think that £250 is a little high.

If this is a 58 (as I see it) it worth arround 200£ -250£ if you find the matching fork curved type it will worth around 400£-450£
The set is always more valued !
If the size is up to 55 put a +50£ to the prices
