Is this a good deal? I just want to get out and blat around some local trails, nothing special. But haven't ridden an MTB since my ~2003 Scott hardtail

Giant trance has always been a good platform. Price depends on age and condition really and I can't see an age on it.

Yeah, it looks good. Won't be the lightest, but shouldn't be a boat anchor either.
