Forgot to say, I cheated and added a whole jar of sundried tomatoes in it, for extra kick. Minced and added at the same time as the nuts. I'm going to try with some pistachios next time.

That does look great. Gotta say though, Lasagne is one of those dishes that's so cheaply and plentifully available at decent quality, I hardly ever feel the need to do one from scratch. Hats off to you though. Looks fantastic.

Great idea using nuts 👍

True, but the same can be said about 98% of the recepies discussed on here. For me it's always worth it if you have the time to spend doing it, I particularly like controlling the ingredients and making experiments.
For example, the same lasagna, but with squid ink dough, saffron and lobster bechamel and a halibut white ragout.

My grandpa used to say: "when you put good stuff with good stuff it's going to turn out good"
True about food, true about bikes, and much else

I have a load of really good beef bone broth in the freezer, anyone got any good suggestions of what to do with it?

Pho? One of my most favourite things...

There’s an excellent kfc style rabbit recipe in Nose to Tail that requires ‘trotter gear’ which is essentially a trotter bone broth. I’ve done it with that (delicious) but I would think a beef bone broth would also work really well. If that sounds up your street I’ll take a snap of the page

Ooh yeah, I've been meaning to do some rabbit for a while.
@>>>>>> Already doing Ramen, but that would make a nice change (and bone stock isn't really correct for Ramen anyway strictly speaking)
