Is this true? I have a beko dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. I rate them better than the stuff they replaced.

It's my understanding that cheap tumble dryers are the chief cause of white goods related house fires. Basically the seals in the air circulating system are not quite as good as their more expensive counterparts so more lint and fluff is able to work is way into the electrical innards of the machine, as a results any arcing in the electrics is then surrounded by what is effectively tinder.

Beko are pretty high on the risk of death from fire list though.
