Personally I've always owned beko washers and tumble dryers. they have never let me down and are at a price point where if any big repair did need doing after a few years youd just bin it rather than repairing.
It's certainly not ideal and does nothing for landfill though. That said I've never had a beko machine let me down - they are excellent imo.
