I have a load of really good beef bone broth in the freezer, anyone got any good suggestions of what to do with it?

There’s an excellent kfc style rabbit recipe in Nose to Tail that requires ‘trotter gear’ which is essentially a trotter bone broth. I’ve done it with that (delicious) but I would think a beef bone broth would also work really well. If that sounds up your street I’ll take a snap of the page

Ooh yeah, I've been meaning to do some rabbit for a while.
