I ended up opting for a 9 speed Campagnolo groupset. Record front and rear mech, crankset, headset, Athena skeleton calipers, Veloce Shifters. A bit of a mix and match of Campy stuff, but still looks good to me...
Modolo handlebars and Nitto Pearl stem. I've said it before and I'll say it again, the finish on the Nitto stems are so much nicer than the Cinelli 1A alternatives.
