I haven't heard anything good from anyone about using ebbs on rough terrain. I also don't have the technical skill to keep it adjusted properly. I was hoping this would be a proper build-and-forget fixed kind of bike. EBBs on SS for CX maybe work, but I don't want a bouncy slack chain while descending fixed on some bridleway

Ok or a different question would be what is a steel frame that could take 650b wheels in say a 51/52 with a stack of 55cm and reach of ~38cm? Then I could just get a framebuilder to stick on track ends and skip this ENO / eccentric business
